Men Busted For Upskirting At Target And Best Buy

STERLING, Va. (WUSA) -- Loudoun County detectives say two men in separate cases have been charged with taking inappropriate pictures of female shoppers at a Target and Best Buy in Sterling.

Investigators say it's likely there are more victims than the three they've accounted for.

Authorities arrested 35-year-old Chet Chandararith of Sterling for taking photos up women's skirts while they were shopping inside the Target store off Cascades Parkway and Route 7.

Elise May shops at the Target and says, " It's sad and disgusting."

Francelyne Dasilveria is a frequent shopper at the same Target and says, "That's horrible i don't know; it's scary."

In a separate case, investigators say 24-year-old Christopher Edward James Steinhardt, also of Sterling, is charged with taking inappropriate pictures at the Best Buy near the Dulles Town Center mall.

JetBlue Flight Diverted Over Unruly Passenger

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A JetBlue Airways flight from Boston to the Dominican Republic had to land in the Washington, D.C., area Friday afternoon because of an unruly passenger, the company and federal officials said.

Flight 691 was diverted to Washington-Dulles International Airport and landed at 1:13 p.m., JetBlue spokesman Mateo Lleras said.

Lleras said the Transportation Safety Administration and local law enforcement were notified and the passenger was taken into custody. He said he could not be more specific about what the passenger was doing that forced the plane to land.

The passenger may have had an anxiety attack, according to a security official familiar with the incident who spoke on condition of anonymity because there had not been an official medical diagnosis.

No one was hurt. Lleras said the flight continued to Santo Domingo just before 2 p.m.
