Two Men Charged With Robbing Freedom High School Students

From Loudoun Sheriff:

Loudoun County, VA:  Two Loudoun County men have been arrested and charged with the robbery of three Freedom High School students late on Saturday night.

On February 26, 2011, deputies responded to a 911 call from one of the victims.  All three reported that they were approached while walking along a paved foot path in a wood line around Freedom High School.  One of the men was armed with a knife and demanded money from the victims.  The victims were able to identify one of the suspects as a fellow student, Daquante Harrison Timbers, 18, of Sterling.

After taking an amount of cash, the two suspects fled and were seen getting into a white SUV.  The vehicle was stopped shortly afterward and the suspects were apprehended.  In addition to Timbers, deputies arrested Daylin Drashawn Aylor, 18, of Chantilly. Each was charged with two counts of robbery. Another suspect, a juvenile who was driving the vehicle, was released to a parent.  Deputies will consult with the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office about any additional charges.

Timbers and Aylor were arraigned yesterday morning and continue to be held without bond at the Loudoun Adult Detention Center (ADC).
