With celiac disease and gluten sensitivity on the rise, Wildfire Executive Chef Eddie Ishaq will hold a special dinner for those who have gluten sensitivity with wine pairings to compliment each course. There will also be a guest speaker, Vanessa Weisbrod, Executive Editor of Delight Gluten Free Magazine, to share her insight on living and dining gluten free.

Menu highlights include: Scallop Ceviche, Pan Seared Mediterranean Style Halibut, Parmesan Crusted New York Strip, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae. 

The dinner will be held at Wildfire, Tysons Galleria, 3rd floor, McLean, VA, on Tuesday, June 26. The event is priced at $65.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
